The practice of Tai Chi Fan is a fun addition to your repertoire.
In this seminar we will be working on a combined version of the Tai Chi sections of the two Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan forms. This short, three-section form is easier to learn than the entire Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan set, and will be more familiar to Tai Chi students. This new, combined form includes two sections from the Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan form previously taught by Sifu Gary LaChapelle and one section from Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan II.
