Every Thursday at 12-Midday (45 mins session)
• Everyone welcome, no booking required.
• Please remember to bring your own water and sun screen.
• Events will be cancelled if weather is unsuitable.
*Please note that there will be no Tai Chi sessions on the 7th and 14th of August. Classes will resume on the 21st of August.
