Tai Chi in The Gardens
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of body movement that has been cherished over the centuries for its beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves, muscles, immune system and the mind. Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi is widely practiced around the world, preferably in a beautiful outdoor setting.
The Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with John Broderick, student of Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.
Note for Participants: Class are taught outside and shade is available but limited. Please check the weather and plan accordingly for your comfort and safety during the practice.
Classes will be capped at 25 participants. Please check in through the main entrance. Class registration includes Gardens admission. Click the date to register for that class.
