Let's flow with some relaxing Tai Chi with Qigong at Tattershall Castle and dive into this peaceful practice together!Come join us for a relaxing session amidst the stunning backdrop of the 15th Century Tattershall Castle.
You will gain an insight into Tai Chi and its benefits and follow along with a beautiful Qigong routine whilst immersing yourself in the historic scenery.
Based on ancient Chinese practice, both Tai Chi and Qigong are renowned for helping people unwind, recentre, and improve balance and flexibility. No experience is necessary for these gentle sessions.
