It can be elegant and it can be formidable.
4ft Staff goes by many names, every culture through history fought with it.
I take from many arts to form an eclectic staff fighting system.
Japanese, Filipino, European, Thai, Chinese ...as well as Katana, Long Sword and Spear.
You will also learn some differences between a 4 ft vs 6 ft staff.
If weather is good we will go to Breakheart Reservation.
If weather is bad we will be at K.I.C.K. Dojo.
