About the Trainer : Master Bama Kim

With over 25 years of teaching experience, Bama specializes in therapeutic Qigong,
focusing on balance restoration, joint health, and mindful movement for long-term well-being. She has extensive experience teaching Qigong and mind-body practices in a wide range of settings, including schools, corporations, government organizations, and medical institutions, where her work supports stress reduction, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

Bama is widely recognized for her ability to guide students safely and effectively,
particularly beginners, middle-aged adults, and those seeking healing-oriented movement practices.

She also shares her expertise through social media, where she has built a trusted community of
