Join us for a special Tai Chi and Qigong class and workshop hosted by Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Westminster! This session combines gentle yet powerful techniques to enhance your overall well-being. Begin with a short session to learn ancient energy principles. Then, warm up with body tapping and joint stretching to activate energy flow and loosen tension. Explore movements to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while calming your mind and brightening your mood. The class integrates foundational Qigong and Tai Chi principles to help you release daily stress and connect with inner peace. At Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi, we go beyond traditional methods by offering a holistic approach that combines multiple Eastern disciplines. Our unique blend of qigong, tai chi, and meditation is designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, making our practices accessible and adaptable to individuals of all fitness levels.
All you need is yourself and comfortable clothing for exercise! We have a water filter to fill your bottle and mats to use in the classroom. Meet the instructor
Meghan Bliss is a Brain Education Trainer and Wellness Instructor who began her journey in 2016, determined to find her own health and wellness after her nursing school degree and licensure left her with more questions than answers. She has a passion for connecting with community and making her teachings accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. Meghan has worked with corporations, nonprofits, schools, and senior living centers mostly in the Boston area before her move to Arizona in March of 2024, and Colorado in August! From daily group classes to one-on-one private sessions to outdoor mindfulness adventures for young adults, Meghan offers practical lifestyle tips to achieving health, happiness, and peace.
