Tai Chi and Chi Kung for beginners and experienced students

Please book your place here. 8 places available per class.

There are two sessions - experienced followed by beginners. Experienced students starting in the earlier session can stay on for the basic movement class. 1 ticket purchase entitles you to both sessions providing you have enough experience. Please discuss with me before purchasing if unsure.

Timetable

1pm - 1.30pm: experienced class (working on the form)

1.45pm - 2.30pm: beginners class (chi kung and basic tai chi)

2.30pm: tea time!

Please be present 5 minutes before the start of the class. Late attendees may not be allowed to enter until a suitable point in the class!

COVID fun

• The room is small and there is no ventilation so mask wearing is encouraged.
• The fan is an industrial fan (noisy) and will be switched off because shouting and tai chi aren't compatible. There are no windows.
• I won't enquire about your vaccine status nor ask you to wear masks but there will be vulnerable adults present. This is partly why only 8 are permitted.
• I am double vaccinated and will be wearing a mask (if I don't, please remind me!).
• If you are experienced symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19, please don't come.
