Quarter auction fundraiser to benefit TaDa You are Blessed, a non-profit organization that blesses children who have been burned or impacted by trauma.
Tickets are $5.00 and includes 1 paddle to use for bidding.
Additional paddles will be available for purchase at the event OR bring a new unwrapped children's toy to the auction and receive one additional paddle per toy. Sports balls, building blocks, educational items, dolls, cars & trucks recommended. No guns. No stuffed animals.
Door prizes, 50/50 raffle, food & cold coffee available for purchase at the event.
Local Labelle vendors will also be available.
When you arrive, you will receive 1 paddle with a number on it. This will be your "bidding number" throughout the night. Each item up for auction will have a set bid price (usually 1-8 quarters). When the item is announced, you will decide if you want to bid. If yes, you will place the number of quarters in the collections bucket and raise your paddle. After everyone bids, the auctioneer draws a number. If your paddle number is called AND you placed a bid, you will win the item! If your number is called but you did not bid, the auctioneer keeps drawing until someone who bids wins.
