Please join our Zumba instructor, Taco (Tajsah), for a special wellness event. Taco will share her own story of healthy habits and weight loss to inspire you, and offer advice for your own healthy changes. She will also have information about Doterra essential oils that helped play a part in her wellness journey.
Also in attendance, another Zumba instructor and member, April, who is the owner of "Cooking-4-Fitness." She will share information on her personal journey as a fitness teacher and cooking coach.
