Tacos and Handmade Tortillas Cooking Class

Join Chef Fabi at Class Cooking in Vancouver for this fun and tasty adventure into making the recipes she grew up with! Learn how to make handmade tortillas, filling, and tacos the real Mexican way with homemade salsita. All authentic and all good! You'll go home with a belly full of tacos.

Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.

There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.

Class will end with enjoying your street taco and salsa creations.

This class contains corn and chicken.

This class is Gluten Free.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 14 years in the Portland area. She attended culinary school 14 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
