🌮🔥 Taco Tuesday at Courtyard Cafe – February 24th! 🔥🌮We’re turning up the flavor in the kitchen with Eddie’s Grill serving Street-Style Mexican Favorites!
This is another community fundraiser event to continue raising money to help pay off the unpaid lunch account balance in the Wisconsin Dells School District. Every order helps support local kids and families.
🌮 Street-Style Tacos
Served on warm corn tortillas with your choice of protein, topped with fresh diced onions, cilantro, lime slices, and salsa on the side.
Choice of Proteins:
• Grilled Chicken – Juicy, well-seasoned chicken grilled to perfection
• Pork al Pastor – Marinated pork with chiles, spices, and pineapple, cooked tender and flavorful
• Steak Adobo – Tender steak marinated in bold red chile adobo, grilled for rich, smoky flavor
🌶 House-Made Salsas
• Salsa Roja – Fresh grilled Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, and jalapeños. Smoky, bold, perfectly balanced.
• Salsa Verde Cremosa – Fresh tomatillos, zucchini, onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeños, serranos, and lime for a bright, creamy finish.
🍚 Sides
• Mexican White Rice – Light, fluffy, classic flavor
• Pinto Beans – Slow-cooked and seasoned just right
🌯 Burritos & Burrito Bowls
Served with rice, beans, choice of protein, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
• Burrito – Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla
• Burrito Bowl – Same great flavors, no tortilla
(Choice of Grilled Chicken, Pork al Pastor, or Steak Adobado)
🥑 Chips & Fresh Guacamole
Made fresh with ripe avocados, roma tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime, and sweet corn, served with crispy tortilla chips.
Fresh, creamy, and absolutely addictive.
