About this Event
If you’ve ever asked Ryan Shupe for advice on making it in the music industry, here’s what you’ll likely hear:
"The best way to make money in music is to buy real estate."
At this event, Ryan will share how real estate has helped him Dream Big and continue pursuing his passion for music.
He’ll walk us through some of the creative deals he’s worked on—including some wild projects in Hawaii—and how those properties have given him the freedom to keep chasing his passion for music. From hustle to hands-on renovations, Ryan’s stories are entertaining, educational, and packed with real-life lessons for anyone curious about real estate investing.
This is your chance to see a different side of Ryan—up close and personal, sharing the behind-the-scenes hustle that’s helped him continue to Dream Big in both music and real estate.
This year, the Billboard-charting band celebrates 25 years of performing for packed concert halls, amphitheaters and music festivals across the US.
They recorded a new album to share some of their riveting, dynamic and beloved live shows, including from their sold-out annual Sandy Amphitheater show in Utah.
Live Vol. 2 includes 18 of the band’s most popular songs, including their Top 20 hit, “Dream Big.” Having performed over hundreds of live shows and released 8 previous albums, Ryan Shupe & the RubberBand have no plans of stopping. The Live Vol. 2 album was mixed and mastered by Silvio Richetto, who also engineered the band’s chart-topping Dream Big album.
Winning over live audiences has been Shupe’s natural-born talent since childhood. A fifth-generation fiddler, he started performing with his siblings at age 10. Shupe later formed the RubberBand, and the band took the long-running Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Colorado by storm, winning the live band contest. This launched them into the national music scene and, after signing with Capitol Records, they hit #13 on Billboard's US Country Album Chart with their signature album, Dream Big. Their title track from that album continues to be an audience favorite, and has garnered over 2.1 million streams on Spotify.
