TACO & WINE PAIRING - BEDFORD PLACE

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of flavor, fun, and friendly rivalry at our Taco & Wine Pairing Night — a unique tasting experience where global wines go head-to-head, paired with bold, chef-crafted tacos.

The evening kicks off at 6:45 PM with a warm welcome and a 150ml glass of your choice: La Capitana Chardonnay or Merlot — the perfect start to an exciting culinary journey.

From 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we’ll dive into a series of three wine duels, each featuring two standout wines paired with two distinct taco styles:

1. White vs. Red Dual
   A refreshing San Felipe Pinot Gris meets the bold Cepa Tradicional Blend, each matched with a complementary taco to highlight their contrasting notes.
2. South American Showdown
   It’s Chile vs. Argentina as Cumbres Pinot Noir Reserve faces off with Cruz Alta Reserve Malbec, supported by taco pairings designed to enhance their unique profiles.
3. Spanish Rivalry
   The classic Lacrimus Rioja Apasionado goes head-to-head with Damalisco Tempranillo & Garnacha Roble from the up-and-coming Toro region — a final round full of rich, regional character.

To close the night from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM, we’ll play “Would Wine Lie to You?”, a blind tasting challenge featuring two South American reds. You’ll hear intriguing descriptions of each, but only one is true. Can you spot the real wine?
