Table Songs 2026
About this Event
Join Us for Table Songs 2026!
Inspired by “Supra”, the Georgian tradition of gathering around a feast table and participating in folk songs, music, and dance, Table Songs 2026 brings this experience to Vancouver by showcasing different cultural ways of celebrating life.
This event features three groups from cultures that have a tradition of singing around a table while enjoying food and drink. The music groups will take turns in leading songs, a capella or with musical accompaniment.

The Rhythm and Roots Georgian Ensemble is a sub-set of the Rhythm & Roots Choir, presenting traditional Georgian songs with passion for rhythm and rootedness in their musical exploration, and led by Vancouver-based choir director Karla Mundy. https://rhythmandroots.ca/
