🌲 Moms & Little Pathfinders — Table Rock Trail Adventure! 🌼Our next outing is officially planned, and I’m so excited for this one! This time we’ll be exploring the beautiful Table Rock Trail at Hartwick College — a local favorite with great views and plenty for our little explorers to enjoy.
📍 Location: Table Rock Trail, Hartwick College
🏫 Address: 1 Hartwick Drive, Oneonta, NY
🅿️ Parking: Free — located behind the athletic buildings (Campbell Fitness Center / Dewar Union area)
📝 Note: All hikers must register at the trailhead
⏰ Start Time: 9:00 AM
💚 Stay as long as you’d like — relaxed, come‑as‑you‑can outing
🌿 What to Expect
Table Rock offers a beautiful wooded trail with a rewarding overlook at the top. It’s a great mix of gentle paths and mild elevation, perfect for curious kiddos and moms who love a little adventure. We’ll move at a kid‑friendly pace, stop to explore, and enjoy the early‑spring scenery together. No strict route — just a fun, easygoing morning outdoors.
🧭 Group Guidelines
To keep things safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone:
- Please keep an eye on your own children — we all support each other, but each parent is responsible for their little hikers.
- Stay on marked trails to protect both the environment and our kiddos.
- Be mindful of roots, rocks, and uneven terrain — early spring can make things a bit muddy.
- Go at the pace that feels right for you and your littles — no rushing here.
- Pack out what you pack in so we leave the trail just as beautiful as we found it.
- Make sure to register at the trailhead before starting the hike.

- Water & snacks for you and your littles
- Towels for the car (muddy boots happen!)
- Optional: a change of clothes for enthusiastic puddle‑jumpers
