We’re thrilled to share something unique and deeply rhythmic coming to Yogadāna in January — a special experience that supports presence, embodiment, and nervous-system regulation in a totally fresh way.Introducing Michael Kenny — a board-certified music therapist, yoga teacher, drum circle facilitator, and rhythm healer with over 25 years of experience bringing joy, connection, and transformation through sound and movement. 
Michael’s work uses rhythm and music to help people ground, release stress, regulate their systems, and come into a deeper, more embodied sense of self — whether through individual participation or group rhythm processes. 
We’re honored to host TakeTina with Michael Kenny — a rhythmic experience rooted in group rhythm, meditative sound, and embodied presence that helps you fall out of rhythm and back in again as a form of healing, integration, and nervous-system support.
