Join us in person for a super chill yoga session designed especially for those living with Type 1 Diabetes. It’s a great way to stretch, relax, and connect with others who get it. No pressure, just good vibes and great moves. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you!

Come as you are and let’s empower our bodies and minds together. This class is led by an instructor living with T1D, and the studio is also owned by someone living with T1D.
