T1D London Youth Event

Welcome to our T1D London Youth Event!

This exciting event kicks off with a Gootopia Slime Science Show, where kids will explore the wonders of slime through fascinating, hands-on experiments and learn some truly weird slimy facts. The fun continues with an hour-long slime-making workshop, where participants will:

• Choose colors, mix-ins, scents, and more to create two custom slimes.
• Work together for the ultimate finale—a GIANT slime experience!
• Enjoy an activity that’s inclusive for all abilities.

Beyond the gooey fun, this event is a unique opportunity for Type 1 kids and teens—and their parents—to connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships in a supportive community.

After the workshop, we’ll head to a nearby location to continue hanging out. Details will be shared at the event.

The workshop starts promptly at 2:30 so please arrive between 2 and 2:15 in order to have enough time for setup.
