We are looking forward to hosting your fundraiser at McAlister’s Deli! Just wanted to send a few reminders about your fundraiser as well as answer some common questions so there is no confusion as the night approaches. PLEASE READ THIS IN FULL.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Organizations will receive 20% of the sales ONLY from their supporters who dine-in, carry-out, order online or order in-app from 5pm to close during the fundraiser. Phone orders, catering orders and third-party delivery orders are NOT applicable. Supporters who order online (mcalistersdeli.com) or in the McAlister’s Deli app MUST apply the promo code DONATEMCA at checkout for the transaction to count towards your organization.
Every single supporter attending your fundraiser night in-store MUST TELL the cashier they are supporting your specific organization during checkout. This is a crucial step as cashiers are required to apply a promo code to their orders for the transactions to count towards your organization’s donation.
