A warm, welcoming space to explore the living heart of yogic wisdom, together.
I’m just a practicing yogi like you, not an expert above anyone in the room.
This is a true sangha: a circle of equals where every voice matters.
**Fellow yoga teachers especially**, I would genuinely love to have other teachers in the conversation. Your experience, your questions, your insights are so valuable here.
What we’re moving toward together
1. Cultivating Pramāna (Right Knowledge)
Exploring the core Yogic vision of reality: *Purusa* (the eternal soul), *Prakriti* (the living earth & manifest world), *Iśvāra * (the boundless Divine), and how we walk in *Dharma*, in right relationship with others, the earth, the cosmos, and the Divine.
2. Deep personal reflection
Gently connecting these teachings to your own inner experience and life right now.
3. Building real community
A living circle where we share, discuss, debate, offer different angles, and learn from each other. No hierarchy, just honest open exchange.
4. Practical integration
Walking away with simple, powerful tools: meditative prompts, mantras, ethical experiments you can weave into your daily life and watch the transformation unfold.
What a typical gathering feels like
- Opening circle: setting intention + quick sharing
- Relaxed exploration of a sūtra, concept, or theme (with Sanskrit roots + modern resonance)
- Lots of open dialogue, debate, story-sharing, questioning
- A short embodied practice so you can *feel* the philosophy
- Practical takeaways + soft, beautiful closing ritual

- Bring a notebook if you feel called to take notes (many people love capturing the sparks) and/ or your personal copy of or notes on the Sūtras that you’d like to discuss.
- Investment: **$15** general / **$5** for fellow yoga teachers
