S² SOCIAL EVENTS PRESENTS: LADIES’ DAY AT THE POLO

You asked…and we’re making it happen!

After receiving so much interest from women across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, S² Social Events is bringing a group of ladies together for an afternoon of polo, good food, community and new connections.

We’ll gather field-side at Lancaster Polo Club for a casual, tailgate-style social picnic while enjoying the Lancaster Polo's Chili Cook-Off presented by Jack Daniels and the afternoon polo match.

Come with a friend or come on your own. Either way, you’ll have a group of women waiting to welcome you!

🧺 THE S² SOCIAL LUXURY PICNIC

We’ll have a designated field-side gathering area for our group. Limited picnic-table seating may be available, so we strongly encourage you to bring a blanket or comfy chair.

Guests are also invited to bring a dessert, snack or food item to share with the group. The event is BYOB for ages 21+.

Your $5 S² reservation secures one of our limited spaces in our gathering and helps us plan appropriately for our group.

Your reservation includes:

• Event coordination and communication from S² Social Events

• A designated meetup location for our group

• An opportunity to connect with other women

• Organized group photo and content opportunities

• Limited Seating, First Come, First Serve.

Eventbrite processing fees will be added at checkout and paid by the attendee.

🌶️ CHILI COOK-OFF AND POLO

Come hungry and enjoy the Chili Cook-Off presented by Jack Daniels taking place at the Polo Club that afternoon.

Explore the Chili Cook-Off, settle in field-side with the group and enjoy the polo match.

*Any food, beverage or cocktail purchases offered during the main event are separate and are not included with your S² reservation.

🕐 Gates open at 1:00 PM

🏇 Polo match begins at 2:30 PM

🎟️ Polo Club admission: $10 cash, paid separately at the gate upon arrival

WHAT TO BRING

• A comfy chair

• A picnic blanket, if desired

• A dessert, snack or food item to share

• BYOB - Bring your own favorite alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage.

• Cash for your separate gate admission

• Anything else you may want for a comfortable afternoon outdoors

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations are limited and are nonrefundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest by contacting S² Social Events before the event.

Please reserve your place only if you genuinely plan to attend. Once all spaces have been claimed, additional guests may be added to a waitlist.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Photos and video may be captured during the meetup and shared on S² Social Events’ social-media platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know when you arrive.

This social outing is independently organized by S² Social Events. S² Social Events is not affiliated with, sponsored by or officially partnered with Lancaster Polo Club, the Jack Daniels Chili Cook-Off or Jack Daniels.

The $5 S² Eventbrite reservation is for participation in our independently coordinated group meetup only.

The $10 admission must be paid separately and directly at the gate. Parking and general seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to the venue’s availability and policies.
