About this Event
Systematic Problem Solving: A Practical Approach
Are you tired of applying Band-Aids to recurring issues in your manufacturing processes? When one problem is fixed, does another one pop up, or does the same issue reappear? This cycle can drain your organization's time, money, and valuable resources. If multiple attempts to resolve a problem have failed, it can even spread and create new challenges across your plant.
Join us for a lunch-n-learn to:
- Learn about a process-based method that can be applied to any problem within your company.
- Understand how to systematically evaluate the root cause of a problem and find a sustainable solution instead of a quick fix.
- Discover tools that empower every team member to solve problems, boosting productivity and morale.
Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.
