About this Event
The Syntrix Beauty & Barber Icon Expo is one of the most anticipated industry networking experiences coming to Dallas, Texas. Taking place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 2pm-10pm at Lofty Spaces, this high-energy expo will bring together elite barbers, hairstylists, braiders, makeup artists, locticians, educators, influencers, vendors, students, and beauty professionals from across the country for a full day of competitions, education, showcasing, entertainment, culture, and networking.
Syntrix Expo is designed to educate, elevate, and empower the next generation of beauty and barber professionals while creating opportunities for brands, creators, and entrepreneurs to connect with the industry face-to-face. Attendees will experience live barber battles, beauty competitions, vendor shopping, networking opportunities, live demonstrations, stage showcases, music, fashion, celebrity guests, and unforgettable entertainment throughout the day.

Presented by "ADAME" is a high-energy live battle experience where elite barbers, rising talent, students, and creative professionals go head-to-head on stage in front of industry leaders, influencers, judges, and hundreds of spectators for a chance to win it all up to $10k in cash & prizes. Designed to showcase skill, creativity, speed, precision, and stage presence, the competition highlights some of the best barber talent from across the country.

Competition Rules
Please note: Cash prizes will only be awarded if 10 or more competitors enter in each category.
1. All models will have to present their fantasy look on the main stage.
2. All models will be judged on creativity, total look, execution, and presentation.
3. All models and contestants must sign release forms.
4. Models need to be 18 years or older. If not, their legal guardian will need to be present.
5. Any fighting physically or verbally with any model or contestant will result in an automatic disqualification.
6. All participants must check in by 3 pm Sunday
7. All contestants will be given ten tickets to sale and will receive $10.00 off each ticket they sale.
8. All models' hair must be free from relaxer. Roller sets, rods, and diffusers are acceptable. Chemical texturing, smoothing, flat iron, or thermal curling will not be allowed.
9. Each contestant will have 45 minutes to build the fantasy piece on stage. The base or foundation can not be set in place before styling is allowed. Base may not exceed 1/3 of your model head.
10. Permanent, Demi, or semi hair color is allowed.
