Synergy Swing is excited to be bringing something new to Exeter!
Synergy Sunday will be a blend of targeted lessons with a goal in mind, followed by a 2.5 hour tea dance!
We are excited to welcome Sarah to join us for May.
Sarah is a true lover of WCS - whether she’s social dancing, competing, travelling or teaching, she is always smiling when she connects with this community. Having founded West Coast KIN in Hampshire in 2019, Sarah is an experienced teacher and coach, teaching weekly classes, workshops and regular private lessons. Her career as a Clinical Psychologist strongly shapes her inclusive teaching approach, bringing a warm and supportive attitude to help dancers develop. She also provides coaching on dancer’s mindset and how this impacts our social dancing and competition performance. Competing regularly across the globe at the top of the Advanced division, Sarah is always gathering knowledge and tips from the top international pros & is always out social dancing until the end of the night!
With a strong foundation in Ballroom and Latin dancing, Sarah focuses on technique and effective ways to drill and practice, whilst ensuring everyone has fun! Armed with a wealth of fancy footwork, rhythm variations and partnering skills, she’s very much looking forward to sharing knowledge with you all!
Our July workshops are going to look at how to create different rhythm choices within your West Coast Swing. giving you news ways to add style and variation to your existing pattern work.
£25PP for the Workshops and Tea Dance

We will aim to keep the event as role balanced as possible, please book in advance to avoid disappointment!
These workshops are for anyone who has a strong grasp of their basics. The classes will be held at an improver+ level.
