In the wake of the pandemic, Sycamore Creek has prioritized reigniting the passion and purpose behind how we serve and lead. The Ignite Ministry Conference is one of our core strategies for equipping and empowering volunteers and leaders across all campuses.We’re inviting team DIRECTORS, COORDINATORS, MEMBERS, and anyone invested in Sycamore Creek’s mission to come together to strengthen our shared mission and calling.
Our keynote speaker this year is Gary Step, a visionary pastoral leader who has revitalized churches across Michigan. His keynote topic will be:

Gary Step–Senior Director of Leadership Development with the United Methodist Foundation of Michigan, pastor, coach, consultant, dad, grandpa, and cyclist–will teach us how to get our teams on the same page and moving forward, so our church doesn’t just grow, but thrives for the long haul.
Over a day and a half at our South Lansing campus, you’ll be equipped and inspired by Gary and a range of leaders—both from within Sycamore Creek and beyond—to take your next step in ministry and help us ignite something bigger than ourselves.
