Now, for the first time, David Alejandro Palo brings his signature seminar Sy ° Sy ° Sy to Santa Fe! Sy ° Sy ° Sy is ideal for dancers who want to refine their connection, elevate their communication, and rediscover the magic of dancing with another human being.
🔸 Synchronization Sat. Sept. 20th, 2-3:30pm
We explore timing — not just with the music, but within the couple. How do we step together, lead in time, and respond in time? Through exercises that emphasize musical phrasing and internal timing, we’ll develop a sense of shared rhythm.
Everything—sacadas, giros, boleos—only works when we move together, not just at the same time, but with the same intention.
🔸 Symmetry Sat. Sept. 20th, 4-5:30pm
Symmetry invites awareness of the shared space inside the embrace. We study body alignment, axis, and micro-adjustments to generate fluid movement within the couple, not away from it.
Understand where to step, how to generate space, and how to maintain connection, clarity, and energy—all applied in sequences for social dancing.
🔸 Synthony Sun. Sept. 21st, 5:30-7pm
That elusive “click” with a partner? Synthony is how we approach it. This class works on intuitive listening, shared interpretation, and how to be “in tune” through intention, presence, and subtle pressure.
We explore the creative roles of both leader and follower—proposing, receiving, and co-creating.

This seminar is especially designed for dancers who want to go beyond steps and dive into the invisible architecture of tango connection. Classes can be taken as a full series or adapted individually.
