SXSW & SXSW EDU 2026 Volunteer Call

**NEW DATE — Volunteer Call will now be on Sunday, February 1 due to the strong potential for icy weather.**

The SXSW Volunteer Call is our annual, in-person event that kicks off volunteer registration for SXSW (March 12–18, 2026) and SXSW EDU (March 9–12, 2026). Whether you're returning for another incredible year or volunteering for the first time, this is where your SXSW 2026 journey begins.

At Volunteer Call, you’ll:

• Meet representatives from each Volunteer Crew
• Create your Volunteer Profile
• Learn SXSW and SXSW EDU behind-the-scenes operations
• Start building your schedule before online volunteer registration opens

Come meet SXSW staff, enjoy some tunes from KOOP Radio, and interact with some great local brands sharing their products and missions. This is your chance to join the action in March!
