Join a compassionate, intimate Sunday afternoon gathering engaging Systemic Family Constellations to explore and settle your ancestral lineage and present day life.

Humans experience enduring and powerful ancestral healing collectively, which is the main tenant behind Family Constellations. Systemic Family Constellations is a world-wide practice developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and missionary and many early pioneers helped develop a therapeutic, transformative group process that shines a light on patterns in our current lives that are carried through generations. When the threads of ancestral suffering are acknowledged, a remarkable integration and transformation can occur, releasing the perpetual cycles of isolation, anxiety and mistrust we carry.

Combined with somatic inquiry, our bodies become the instruments of resource. Collectively, we can face impacts and entanglements at a safe pace, allowing the space to integrate new revelations over time.

You can join the Constellations circle in two ways:

REPRESENTATIVES ( foour spots, $25 each): During the Constellation, representatives provide insight and a pathway toward resolution. Everyone in the Constellation receives benefit.

My journey: Over the past several decades, I’ve explored and engaged in many healing modalities, on the physical, emotional and spiritual planes. Seven years ago, experiencing my first Family Constellations facilitation in my living room, I was introduced to a forgotten male child, a would be uncle, from my mother's family who had not made it onto the planet. Since birth, I had carried a silent and unknown sadness and a weird draw to graveyards.

Upon recognizing my Uncle's place in my maternal lineage with sincere acknowledgement and a hello, a long-held burden slipped off my shoulders.

Since then, I have taken up the study and practice of Family Constellations with many of the world’s most knowledgeable teachers, and now offer group and individual Constellations circles in Austin.

Family constellation work is a chance for personal growth and transformation. It offers ways to see the world and yourself with new levels of compassion. This work is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy. If you have a sense that you would be destabilized by others speaking about difficult events, it would be better not to join. Blessings.
