Swung/Texas is a WCS social focused on community, learning as much as we can about the dance, and moving forward. This social is designed for EVERYONE, from beginners first starting out to the champions in our scene.
Happy new year friends! We're so excited to be back and dance with all of you once again! I bet everyone is itching to dance before ASDC and we've got the social to help you shake off that holiday rust.
We have the amazing Debbie Figueroa starting out the year! Debbie is a legend in the west coast swing space. She's won numerous competitions, head judged at events around the country, and even helped shape the dance into what it is today. Debbie will, be doing a Jack and Jill prep for those looking to prepare yourself before ASDC. We cannot recommend enough that Debbie's insight will be invaluable to your own dancing.
We will be teaching an intro to West Coast Swing workshop for all of your friends who want to join our crazy dance and don't know where to start! This will be happening from 8:30 pm-9:30 pm.
