SWTHZ One Paseo Plunge Club is back!

Starting April 26 and continuing the last Sunday of every month through October, meet us at the Lawn at One Paseo for a morning that hits movement, community, and recovery contrast therapy all-in-one. We warm you up with a workout on the lawn behind Cava, then you take over our brand new SWTHZ One Paseo studio so you can plunge and sauna together in our beautiful space.

Think: less “workout class,” more “main character energy with your crew before brunch.”

Also: first-come-first-serve opportunity to book* a 15 min session in our brand-new, super exclusive " more than redlight" Ammortal Chamber. Combining red and near-infrared light, pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF), molecular hydration, vibroacoustic sound and guided meditation, its a one-of-a-kind experience! Will leave you feeling calm, reset and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

Here is the flow:

• 💦 45 minutes of sweat from Head Coach Brooke from Orangetheory Fitness Pacific Beach! She will lead you through a 30min full body workout with resistance bands to give you the perfect burn! Find her on Instagram @brookeknopf or @otfpacificbeach to get your heart rate up and your endorphins going
• 🔥 🧊 Communal infrared sauna / cold plunge inside of our luxe suites at SWTHZ One Paseo studio
• 🎶 Music & vibes

• 💉b-12 shots from Alcheme
• 🍸 Mocktail bar from Dhara Therapeutics

We are running two Sunday sessions / day, each month:

• Session 1 at 9:00 am
• Session 2 at 10:00 am

Free for SWTHZ members and $35 for non members. Spots are limited, so snag your session early and bring a friend who keeps saying they want to “get into cold plunging someday.”

SWTHZ is a luxury contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. ❄️🔥 Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.
