Womens Movement & Embodiment Circle

We will meet at lifeguard station, then walk together on the beach to find our spot! We will discuss boundaries, how our bodies respond, what yes and no feel like emotionally and physically . We will practice somatic tools to listen to our intuition, our body, and honor our boundaries.

bring water, towel/mat, and a friend! wear comfortable clothes, we will be shaking, jumping, dancing it out and sitting for a meditation.
