Join us for chapter updates as well as a presentation from featured speaker Tracy Page, Aquatic Education Coordinator for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, about Salmon in the Classroom!Tracy Page is the statewide aquatic education coordinator for the MI DNR. She coordinates the Salmon in the Classroom program and aids in the filtering of fisheries biology research content to educators, students and the public. As a biologist turned educator, her dissertation is exploring the long-term impacts of participation in the Salmon in the Classroom program. As an award-winning environmental educator, Tracy is proud to help the people of Michigan understand and appreciate our complex Great Lakes’ systems.
Registration fee includes dinner by Gravel Bottom Craft Brewery. Attendance is capped at 60.
