This 3-week series introduces the foundations of blues dancing, focusing on grounded movement, musicality, and partner connection. Each week builds progressively, giving dancers the tools to feel confident and expressive on the social dance floor.Week 1: Jukin’ Blues Foundations
Week 2: Ballroomin' Blues & Dynamic Movement
Week 3: Embrace & Connection in Ballroomin' Blues
No prior blues experience is required. This series is ideal for new blues dancers or those looking to strengthen their foundations in movement, connection, and musical expression.
DATES: Mondays 13th, 20th, and 27th April 2026.
TIME: 7.30 - 8.30pm.
LOCATION: East Brisbane State School: 56 Wellington Road, East Brisbane QLD 4169
Please note that drop-ins are not available, pre-registration is essential. You will not be able to pay at the door pro-rata for just a couple of sessions. This is a closed course to ensure a cohesive learning journey for everyone involved.
