Swing Fix is an intimate but fun Swing social night for those of you who can’t keep off the dance floor!
From 20:00 there is a drop-in class suitable for absolute beginners. You can come along any week and there is no need to bring a partner. The class will get you social dancing within the hour!
Before the Swing Basics class, Swing Fix starts with a Fast Track lesson each week for different styles, like Collegiate Shag, Balboa, or some of the standard choreographies like the Shim Sham, from 19:00-20:00. These are short courses that build on the week before, we advise you to attend these from the start if you haven’t tried the style/topic before. But hey, you’re always welcome to have a go if you missed a class!
The evening ends with 90 minutes social dancing so you can put your new steps into practice and meet the friendly scene made of dancers who started the same way.
Swing Fix is an informal night in an intimate space – make sure you are wearing something comfortable as it gets very warm!
