A new venture for the folk club, we’ll be running a series of intimate gigs at The Pulpit, Devizes Road, Swindon. Our second is a chance to enjoy a full set by The Ivy Green, a project by SFC’s own Chantelle Smith and Jessie Thompson, where they focus on songs collected by by Swindon’s own folk song collector, Alfred Williams, playing a range of instruments including harp, accordion, guitar and whistle.
This event is free entry but a tip jar will be passed around for the artists, so please bring some cash if you want to show your appreciation!
