We will have a 300m LAP ready for you.
You will start altogether with 15 min on the clock and in that time you will complete lap 1, get out of the water ad get ready for the next swim.
Next you will have 14 min to complete lap 2, 13 min to complete lap 3 and so on, until the last swimmer runs out of time to finish!
It will be all about tactics, pacing and speed. You decide how to play it! There will be a prize for the WINNER in the men and women category
- a 300 m course will be delimited by buoys
- the start will be a beach entry with deep water set off
- Entries will strictly close on Friday 22/08/25 or when capacity is reached to allow for planning and purchasing - no changes after this to avoid waste
- Booking required
- Wetsuit allowed
- Tow float compulsory
