NEW SQUAD SESSION FOR ALL HERTFORDSHIRE & BEDFORSHIRE-BASED TRIATHLETES / OPEN WATER SWIMMERS wanting more swim lane time to develop specific swim skills and techniques for Race Events!
We Are Launching a NEW Squad Session specifically for Triathletes / Open Water Swimmers to lead you all the way to your chosen event.
Sessions will Include Technique Focus, Speed and Racing-specific Techniques.
