Join Me for Swim Sing Run – A Triathlon with a Difference!Hi everyone,
I’m excited to announce that on 28th September, I’ll be taking on a unique challenge called Swim Sing Run. This event combines fitness, fun, and the power of music in a way you’ve never seen before!
For 12 hours, I’ll be swimming 500 metres, singing a few songs with the fantastic Blokes Who Sing, and then running a 2-mile loop and repeat, until the 12 hours is done. And the best part? You can join me! Whether you’re part of the choirs or a member of our local community, you’re welcome to jump in at any time to swim, sing, or run alongside me.
We’re raising funds for Blokes Who Sing and City of Sons, two incredible local choirs that focus on men’s and boys’ singing. Singing is not just a joyful activity – it’s great for mental health, reduces stress, and creates a wonderful sense of community.
Every penny we raise will make a huge difference to these groups, helping them continue their amazing work and bring more people together through music.
Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or just looking for a fun way to support a great cause, I’d love for you to join me. Any amount you can share will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in supporting these vital community groups.
