About this Event
Join our supportive group for anyone affected by cancer. We provide a safe space for people to talk, if they wish to, with others in similar situations and a place to get information and find out about support available.
Whether you have recently been diagnosed or are living clear of cancer, we’re here to support you with services including:
- Signposting and referring to services and support groups across Plymouth
- Digital support with online consultations and navigating the NHS app
- Practical support applying for disability benefits and blue badges
- Advice with housing and cancer specific grant applications
- Providing opportunities to provide feedback on your cancer journey to better improve community-based support services
When: The last Wednesday of every month, 13:30 - 15:30
Where: The William and Patricia Venton Centre, Astor Drive, PL4 9RD
Price: FREE
Getting Here:There is a car park for visitor parking and can be reached using the following buses services - CITYBUS: 23, 24 *correct as at September 2022
