Coniston Saturday Swim Camp
How has your swim season been? Could it have gone better, or are you just starting and need more experience? Join us for a supportive and confidence-building swim day where you'll learn open water swimming techniques, improve your stroke, and build both confidence and distance. We'll start in the sheltered area of a beautiful bay before venturing out into the lake to apply your new or refined skills and gain confidence.
Whether you're in a wetsuit or skins, tow floats are encouraged (I have some available for loan). Based on participants' abilities, I will either swim alongside you or provide support from my board or kayak.
Jo will also be joining us on her kayak—she's a knowledgeable Long distance open water swimmer (EC swimmer ) and an experienced swimmer support kayaker.
