A swim bike and run to practice all three disciplines. Perfect for anyone doing the SHE Tri.Open to everyone.
Wear what you will use during a race and practice the process. Use your nutrition to make sure your stomach can handle it.
Meet in the first carpark at Point England Reserve.
The swim session will focus on sighting and being in a race situation. If you are planning to wear a wetsuit, use it. If you intend to use just togs and put clothes on wet, again a good chance to see how it works for you.
The ride will be along the road and back via the cycleway. There is very little traffic but you MUST obey all road rules.
Following the ride there will be a short out and back run.
Q&A session over breakfast. We will provide the coffee, bring some food to share.
Approximate times
Swim start at 7:15am (30 minutes)
Ride starts at 8am approx.(60 minutes)
Run starts at 9:00am (20 minutes)
Morning tea at the reserve from 9:30 till 10:15am
Feel free to come along just for one discipline or join in any part you wish to do.
