Join us at The Baker’s Lab at 5-12 Dessert for Sweethearts & Sprinkles — a fun, festive, hands-on cupcake decorating experience designed especially for little Valentines.

This interactive workshop combines sprinkle-surprise cupcakes with real decorating techniques, making it both fun and educational.

During this workshop, participants will decorate Valentine-themed cupcakes featuring:

• Sprinkle-surprise cupcakes filled with Valentine sprinkles inside for a fun reveal with every bite
• Buttercream decorating using pink, red, and white frosting with Valentine sprinkles and candy accents
• Hands-on fondant decorating, where kids will roll, cut, and stamp their own fondant Valentine toppers

Instruction is beginner-friendly and guided by Chef Tai.

⏱️ WORKSHOP DETAILS

• Duration: Approximately 60 minutes
• Supplies: All decorating supplies included (aprons provided for use during the workshop)
• Format: Parent-assisted for younger children
• Skill Level: Beginner-friendly; no prior experience needed

Please note: Workshop timing may vary slightly and may end a few minutes early or run a few minutes over depending on the pace of the decorators.

Class Size:
A minimum of 4 children is required to hold the workshop. If minimum enrollment is not met, registered guests will receive a full refund. Space is limited; advance registration is required.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made after 7 days may receive a credit toward a future class.No credits will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the class date.

Chef Tai is the Co-Owner and Pastry Chef of 5-12 Dessert and The Baker’s Lab at 5-12 Dessert. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, studied abroad at the Florence University of the Arts in Italy, and has over 15 years of experience in the baking industry. She is also a former high school Baking & Pastry Arts teacher.
