💗 Join us for the Sweetheart Self Love Sanctuary, a simple and intentional space to focus on your well-being. We’ll start with a yoga class with Coach Mariela to help you reset and move your body, followed by a relaxing sound bath designed to calm your mind and support stress relief!🛍️ After the class, you can browse a selection of local vendors, including participating in a self-love craft activity with The Crafty Collective, unique pieces from Thrifted Sisters, and more to to be announced!
✨ This event is a chance to slow down, check in with yourself, and give your mind and body the attention they deserve. If you’ve been needing a moment to breathe, reset, or simply do something for you, this is the perfect opportunity. 💗
⭐️ This event is part of Rock Island’s Sweetheart Shop Hop Event. ANYONE is welcome to come to the yoga class + sound bath or if you’d like to forego the yoga and just come participate in the craft + shop our vendors, feel free to do that! The drop in yoga + sound bath will last from 10:15 to 11:30. After that, our vendors will be ready for you to come shop and participate! No entry fee for shopping, $16 fee for yoga, TBA for craft participation.
