POSTPONING THIS EVENT UNTIL 2025!Barbecue, Beer, and Bluegrass--the Trifecta!
We've been thinking about this one for a good while and we've finally chosen a date.
We want everyone from experienced 'Cuers to lightly-seasoned novices in participation. Underdogs welcome ;)
This will be a charity benefit, much like the chili cookoff we did back in April. Generous prize packages will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entrants. And yes, probably some honorable mentions if we have a lot of entries.
Most excellent and non-partial, local culinary judges TBA, but there will also be a crowd-sourced judging.
Backwaters Trio will play that evening at 6:30, because what would punctuate a good BBQ Comp better than bluegrass???
