Cost: $45 public, $40 members.

Join us at the Johnston Farm and Indian Agency for an 18th century cooking class. We will be learning the foundation of many 18th century desserts. Pastries, cakes, and others will be created in this hands-on class. As well as how these foundations can be used to create more desserts. Surprise your family and friends with what you learn in this class, whether for Valentine's Day or the Holidays there's something for everyone to learn.
