There is a place within us all where body, heart, mind and emotions are in harmony and balance. I call this the Sweet Spot. We can track it through the dance, through our body and emotions. When we come close to this place we may well tap into our passion, pain and power, we may find ease, grace and pleasure. We can experience our life again with fullness and presence, with lightness and wonder. The 5Rhythms practice guides us to a deeper intuitive embodiment, feeling our way to heart, mindfully attuning our whole system into a more balanced and harmonious Sweet Spot.
Over these two days we will dance with Gabrielle's maps of the body and of the heart.
Workshop counts as a one day 'Waves' and one day 'Heartbeat' for the 5RTT.
