💃💗🕺 Step with us into the Sweet Spot Dance exploring the theme of MAGIC. This ecstatic dance journey invites you to step beyond the mind and into direct experience — where movement becomes expression and the ordinary reveals its wonder.
Through a carefully curated warm up, musical arc and closing soundscape we will explore sensations, emotions, and connection, allowing the body to lead and awareness to deepen. This is a space to listen inwardly, move authentically, and engage with the moment as it unfolds.
DJ Luminus will provide magical grooves, rhythms and melodies for your body, heart and soul. The night will start with a contact improvisation inspired warm-up by Patrick Crowley and conclude by a magical healing soundscape with James Bird and his guitar.
DJ Luminus has been playing mostly in the Boston area and this is an opportunity to come and dance to his music in the Happy Valley.

🌿 Our Covid & health policy: if you have any flu like symptoms or test positive for Covid please stay home. Testing for Covid before the event is encouraged, but not required. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask during the dance or use our "dance alone" wristband available at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation .
