Join me for my intermediate cookie decorating class, Sweet Friends, on March 18 from 6:30-8:30 at West Side Brewing! 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐲. Ambitious beginners can certainly still join as I will go step-by-step through the class.
During this 2-hour class, we'll cover the intermediate tips and tricks of sugar cookie decorating, do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and wrap up covering the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).
We'll be decorating 6 cookies inspired by the TV show Friends using 5 colors and 2 consistencies of icing.
You’ll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we’ll cover in class! More details on refunds, things to bring, credits, and FAQs are in the Class FAQ tab – looking forward to having you with me.

𝐶𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑠 𝐶𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑃𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑦: Classes may be canceled at my discretion. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a full ticket refund.
Intermediate classes with attendance below 5 will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either have your ticket moved to a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 14 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.
