About this Event

We will present a special screening of The Dance Club (2025), the latest film from acclaimed Swedish writer and director Lisa Langseth (Love & Anarchy). Blending humor, romance, and social commentary, the film follows Johannes, an unconventional psychology student, and Rakel, a performance artist, as they bring together a group of patients in an unexpected experiment that challenges pain, isolation, and the limits of traditional treatment.

As the group grows, so do the complications—especially when Johannes finds himself falling in love with Rakel. The Dance Club offers a thought-provoking and uplifting look at connection, wellbeing, and the courage to reimagine what healing can mean.
